My daughter is a 1st time car buyer with 0 credit and made her very 1st purchase with no co-signer needed. Sam in sales and Derek in the Finance Dept. were very helpful and patient as she worked to provide all her employment verification and bank documents. She did have a great down payment that she had been saving for several months. So proud of her. We appreciate all their help and honesty during the car buying experience. We live in Mesquite, TX and it was definitely worth the trip. She loves her new car!

I just bought my Highlander from this location a month ago. I have to give high kudos to my sales rep Khalid. Great guy, knowledgeable about his products. He'll do you right. I've been in different service industries jobs for over 40 years and there's a difference between just someone in a role and someone who is actually service oriented. The tags were late so he assisted with extending the dealership tag and even washed the car as a courtesy. Glad I met you Khalid :) ...and, of course, thanks

Alex was absolutely amazing!! I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation.... left with all new brakes and a car battery. Not the best day ever but Alex could see how upset and disappointed I was. He tried all he could to get me the best value. Saved me atleast $500. Very communicative and a great attitude. Alex was super friendly and I think he deserves a huge bonus :)
Update: The team at Toyota of Grapevine has helped me adjust items on my contract. Not saying that I am completely satisfied but it is better. I mostly want to thank Derek in the Financial Department. I was taught by a mentor years ago making money is nice but sometimes making money on every deal isn't as important as building a relationship with individuals. Because these relationships can bring us bigger and better deals than the first one.
It was time for my 5000 mile service with my new Prius and I went to Grapevine Toyota to get the service done. David Fraga was awesome. They did my service quickly and properly and had my car back in less than 60 minutes. Grapevine Toyota is the best dealership that I've ever dealt with over my 60 years of buying cars. David Fraga the service advisor is excellent with his service abilities. I highly recommend David Fraga and Grapevine Toyota for all new purchases use purchases, and service through an awesome company.
