I was traveling from out of state and my service was due. Texas Toyota was able to get me in the same day with a reasonable wait time. My service advisor was friendly and didn't try to push additional services on me.

First time ever going to Toyota of Grapevine and my husband and I couldn't be happier with our purchase. Starting off: ALEX RAMIREZ (our sales rep) welcomed us with great enthusiasm and asked us how we were doing and what we were looking for. After listening to what we liked, he told us all the different options we have for the Toyota Highlander, as well as the colors and packages. I'm not a customer but I recently had a very bad day and ran out of fuel on the highway in front of the dealership. I was able to pull over and walk up to the Texas Toyota. David Greer, one of the salesmen, was kind enough to find a fuel can and get me back on the road. I do not drive a Toyota but I do want to say thank you for the kindness and service despite not being a customer.

If i could give no stars i would give 0. We took my rav4 on the 7/12/2025 for an alignment and tire rotation. Syed txted my husband with a discount amount for alignment. Took it in and when we pick up the car same day alignment was not done properly. My husband txted Syed once again if he can check the car again. Syed mentions once it's a sat and it's supper busy take it back Monday 7/14 so that they can fix it because the diagnostic did show an error and alignment was not correct. Worst service ever. We typically go to Denton but needed tires that were available at Grapevine. We made an appt, was quoted a time, when we arrived it's like there was no record of our appt. No updates via text as we are accustomed to from Toyota of Denton. Not knowing if our vehicle was ready we had to haul our kids over to not miss their closing time at 7. If I could give less than one star I would. I bought a used car less than two years ago. I was pressured into buying the Mechanical Protection Plan. (Declined it 4 times but they came at me again with an even better offer!) It was $1,800 for two years. The dealership gives you a nice pamphlet saying ALL that it covers. That is it. You sign the contract, pay the money. When you actually try to make a claim, it gets denied. After my service, I found 2 seized lugs when I went to go balance and rotate my tires. They claimed it wasn't their fault and that it could've been due to worn lug nuts, which is absurd considering there were 2 lug nuts that all of a sudden became seized after service. Absolute zero accountability by service rep Sean and service manager David. I always expect horrendous service from Toyota but this is far worse than what I could've imagined. No wonder there are so many bad reviews. Avoid this dealership at all costs!
