Where do I even begin? Adam is the salesman who "helped" me and in reality he took advantage of me. I've had buyers remorse since I bought this vehicle. I bought it in November 2022 and I still think back to how badly he wanted to make the sale that he was willing to do or say anything. We took our car in for its first service since buying it here and advised them that the vents were blowing a moldy smell. Said that we bought the car as is so we would have to pay for it to be repairs. Ok. We paid and it was not repaired, to this day it has mold. Per Sabrina, if it was not repaired we would get a refund and then look into further repairs for the mold in the vent system. Lies! I'll try to keep this short: Called for appt, automated system couldn't understand my year, make and model, and I speak very clearly. Finally got to a live person after about 15 minutes of trying to navigate the system. Made an appointment for 2 pm that day. When I showed up, no record of my appt, even though I had a text from them confirming. So, waited 20 minutes for a service advisor to finally come out and get things going. Sabrina was my SA. Horrible dealership! As mentioned by many, check your contract before signing! You will have an "options" charge , our case was $2500. Tell them you won't pay it. I"m sure many don't see it and sign away. It's illegal, 'bait and switch.' Another tactic they pulled was saying we had "more to sign" picking up the car the day after from detailing. I purchased a used 2022 Nissan Frontier SV two weeks ago, I realized quickly this was a Hertz rental, below base model. Every review I've seen prior on the SV model says the standard base model is supposed to come with Keyless entry, Remote start, and a bunch of other standard features. I have to say, that the experience that we had today at Texas Toyota of Grapevine was atrocious. Our sales rep brought us a used Highlander to test drive, because they were no 2024 Highlanders in stock. Not only did they want almost full price for a used hertz rental car vehicle, they did not even bother to clean it. It smelled like smoke, food, and filthy. we were told that they typically do their "best job" which apparently means they don't do anything to get these vehicles cleaned up before they show them to a family. My daughter bought a used car from this dealership.it was a convertible. When she got home from there the latch that holds the trunk closed and the convertible up was broken. She could not put the top up or drive because the trunk wouldn't stay down. After contacting her sales person, she was told that they weren't going to repair it because they gave her such a good price on the car. STAY AWAY. If I could give zero stars then I would. Steve Nafaa is a sales rep that has no morals and will not honor his word. I live out of state but found a vehicle online and started chatting with Steve. We agreed on a small discount. I have a relative that lives close and he went to drive the vehicle. I set an appointment for 7:45am. I called ahead of time to express my needs and asked if they would be able to accommodate my service request. I asked for an oil change, diagnostic on brakes and power steering system, and for a quote on one tire since I had a screw in it. I was told I'd have an update in 3-4 hours.
