Update - The response from Tx Toyota gives appearance there is some concern. HOWEVER, I have called the phone number to which I was referred by Josh of Tx Toyota to discuss my Rav4 issue further and never got past recorded messages, except once hitting 0 to ring unanswered for several minutes. To think I bought TWO vehicles from this dealership! STAY AWAY - BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!

This was the worst service ever, i had to wait all day , and all they would say is " one more hour" every time. Didnt do a good job either left my truck with the brakes shaking, I have to go back in again and waste my time because they couldn't do a simple task that I'm paying for.

This place is a rather huge disappointment. I have a 23 Tundra that had a key fob recall. When I went here for service, the service adviser told me that the new key fob will arrive in two weeks and that I will get a call when it arrives. Almost 4 months have gone by and I have called a several times and I have been told every time that someone will return my call but not once. We are BEYOND disappointed with TX Toyota of Grapevine. My husband came in for service, and came home with a giant scratch in his door. NO ONE will take responsibility and the service manager, who is awful, tried to tell him that was already there. Trust me, my husband knows what dents and scratches he's put on the truck. We will tell EVERYONE we know NOT to use your business and we will never be back. This review is specifically for the service department and our interaction with Sabrina Parks the assistant service manager. We dropped our car off for service and my husband was told by Sabrina that it would be a $200 diagnostic fee to assess the issue that our rav4 had. She said it would be waived and applied towards service charges so we agreed to go ahead and do it. After the diagnosis determined that the car needs "$3,000" in repairs, she told us we could only apply the $200 towards the most expensive repair needed at a... read more

Beware! Finance department was deceptive. Declined extra warranties and it was added with a charge that has not been refunded even though it was cancelled right after purchase. This was 2 years ago.

I dropped off my Tundra at the mentioned location due to rodent damage to the wire harnesses and the need for a comprehensive inspection, as the vehicle was not drivable. While I'm happy with the vehicle and trust the end result, the experience was terrible. What should have been an exciting, life changing milestone instead was a joy sapping ordeal. The salesman was helpful and listened well but missed several opportunities to expedite things and had clumsy hand offs to finance and service. The most defeating part was finance though.
