Neal emailed me to follow up and I replied with this.... Hi Neal, Before coming to your dealership, I read reviews and saw that they were not great at all. Buyer Beware. If you are searching cars online not believe their prices online. We went in to see a Corolla they had listed for $18901. When we got their we were told it was an additional $2500 for their "reconditioning" fee. So almost 15% more than advertised online price. Just beware their business practices seem very shady. Walked out and bought at another dealership with out such shady practices.

I went to this dealership and got my tires rotated and brakes replaced. Brakes are making squeaking sounds after the replacement, but that's a story for another day. After leaving, I noticed they did not replace a certain part on my vehicle. I called this dealership so many times I cannot count. They never pick up! I came last weekend to buy a car. Salesman Diego put a price in writing. I counteroffered with less. Shockingly, he came back with an offer $2500 over his initial price. I called him on this rude practice. He denied it saying we were talking about different cars. This, however, was not the case. He had written down the price with the car's description. The sales associate wasn't versed in specifics about added prices on the final price of the vehicle. He Advised me that the service charge of $2,200+ wasn't an option and that the service department had to make money in the back after their inspection of the vehicle which I saw on the CarFax report. The report only showed a change of brake pads, oil change and coolant and fluid top offs. That's not $2,200+ worth of work. He "worked with me" to take something off of that price. What an absolute waste of time. Been shopping for a Toyota for a month. I've dealt with every sleazy salesman type imaginable. Today we went to Grapevine, which showed they had 18 brand new vehicles Camrys. The salesman was nice, however he could only show us 2022 vehicles because the lot was basically empty. Had a terrible interaction/experience with this dealership. I called them about an Internet sale about a 2022 Tundra TRD Pro they had listed for a good price. I told them I could be there on Wednesday to take possession of the vehicle because I was flying back from overseas on that day.
