Lexus oil change. Russel Martin handled the maintenance of my Lexus, professionally, promptly and according my requests. (For senior management: Glad that you are promoting honesty, quality service and fair price throughout your organization. A few years back that was not always the case and that cost your organization the maintenance service on two Toyota's and one new car sale.
Awesome Service!!!!! Will Gaddy is the reason I have continued to bring my car BACK to Toyota of North Charlotte for seven years! Will is an amazing person. He is honest, fair and consistent. Will makes sure I have the scheduled maintenance and always ask if I have questions or concerns about my 2009 Camry. Will meets me when I arrive and goes over w/me the services that will be provided. It over exceeded my expectations! Paul was very helpful, professional, and efficient. The showroom had been remodeled and was lovely. Really enjoyed the coffee and sandwich bar. This was a great idea.
Very professional in handling service of my Tundra truck. Eric Olsen handled my service on 4/7/16. From the time I arrived until finished, he continued to communicate with me. We determined that my service was going to take all day, so, he secured a loaner car for me. He explained everything that needed to be done & gave me his recommendations, including new tires & something that was covered under warranty. I will ask for Eric Olsen again in the future when I need my truck serviced.
Recent service visit Eric Olsen is the best service tech I've ever dealt with. He is always fair, always clear about what has to be done and then about what will eventually need to be done. I appreciate the forward-looking approach. He has taken care of our two Toyotas and we'll continue to visit him for all services and/or repairs.

Outstanding service department. I have been taking my 2003 Avalon to this dealership since it opened. Over the years, Eric Olsen and Will Gaddy have earned my total confidence. They are competent, efficient, and, above all, have the integrity you wish all auto service folks had. I even started bringing a second car, an Acura(!), to this dealership for service rather taking it to a Honda dealership (after I became concerned about their level of honesty and competence). Recommend Toyota of North Charlotte highly.
Leadership Excellence! Will Gaddy is responsible and responsive. Although he's not my primary service specialist, he's always available. In addition, Will has not let me nor anyone that I've referred to him down. When I need for my Prius or 4-Runner to be looked at, he has been there to help as a coach on the next steps in service. Because of him, we've not taken our vehicles outside of this dealership for maintenance. That says a lot considering that the competition praises about their own promotions.
