Service My experience at the dealership has been good so far. I am new to the area and I am used to having a designated team work on my car. I was assigned a team and that team always serviced my car. However, the serviced overall has been good.

Service Great customer service! Had my car done in no time and did a good job on it. They even let me bring my dog. Over all great company!
6 Month Service This is the second Camry we have leased from this dealership and have found the entire service department staff and Mr. Lou Simmet in particular to be efficient, courteous and polite in every visit we have had. This was the initial service we have had on this vehicle and I knew as soon as I walked in and saw Lou behind the counter that our service needs would be handled professionally and completely. They even washed the car!
Great Service Experience I had to have part of the air conditioning system replaced before the weather heated up. The repair took longer than expected, and Eric Olsen made sure that I was not without a vehicle overnight. After seeing the amount of disassembly required to get the part changed, I am very happy that I had the work done at a certified Toyota service center.

FINALLY!!! After 4-5 trips, you finally corrected my malfunctioning blind spot monitor. You replaced it when you did some body work, but it never was right. I understand this is new tech and it took for you to get up to speed. Works great now-many thanks!
Great Service I took my car in for the 125K service. My service adviser Edwin Montalvo took the time to explain what repairs were needed. My bill was quite expensive but Edwin was great in finding coupons I could use to reduce the cost. I have been a loyal customer since 2002 and will continue. Thanks for a great experience. Edwin Montalvo is an asset to the business!!
