Great service department - average at best sales department The service department has always handled any service issue on my Toyotas professionally. 10000 mile service I got prompt, courteous service. Edwin Montalvo made sure my Highlander was serviced by the manufacturer guidelines and saved me money. I also appreciated the car wash. I would recommend the service department with no reservations.
Great Service Needed to have a 25k service on my 2015 Highlander when in Charlotte visiting my children. Russell Martin Got me in on a Saturday AM and completed all the services in about an hour, which included finding a nail in my tire, fixing it and washing the car! Thanks for the great service
Service My experience at the dealership has been good so far. I am new to the area and I am used to having a designated team work on my car. I was assigned a team and that team always serviced my car. However, the serviced overall has been good.

6 Month Service This is the second Camry we have leased from this dealership and have found the entire service department staff and Mr. Lou Simmet in particular to be efficient, courteous and polite in every visit we have had. This was the initial service we have had on this vehicle and I knew as soon as I walked in and saw Lou behind the counter that our service needs would be handled professionally and completely. They even washed the car!
Great Service Experience I had to have part of the air conditioning system replaced before the weather heated up. The repair took longer than expected, and Eric Olsen made sure that I was not without a vehicle overnight. After seeing the amount of disassembly required to get the part changed, I am very happy that I had the work done at a certified Toyota service center.
