Great Customer Service I have been doing business with Toyota of North Charlotte since 2004 when I purchased my first Highlander. During that time, I have mainly worked with Eric Olsen and Will Gaddy. These men are great in explaining what my vehicle needs, they let me know in advance if some major maintenance item is coming up so I will not be surprised and take great pains to explain everything to my satisfaction. Great Service - Great Car I always go to Toyota of North Charlotte to buy my cars. Everyone is great to work with and really knows their product. Wesley Ashe, Nicolette Glaspey and Shaderria Terry were very helpful. They are really enthusiastic about their product and their job. I could not have picked a better team. I did not plan to buy a car that day, but the deal and the car were just too good to pass by. I love Toyota of North Charlotte and I love my new 2016 Prius...my little red sports car.

Highly dependable Toyota of North Charlotte has always done an outstanding job of servicing my vehicles. The service writer Eric Olsen did an outstanding job of greeting me and jumping right in to take care of starting the service. He authorized a 10% discount for a coupon received in the mail. Eric Olsen has looked after me so well that we have become pretty good friends over the years. He is very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles. If I experience a problem I feel I can call Eric and get a dependable answer.
Customer-Oriented Service I found that I had a flat on the morning of February 24th. I called Toyota Service and spoke with the Service Operator (I wish I could remember her name), who was friendly and helpful. I normally talk with Edwin Montalvo, but he was out this day and so I spoke with Russell Martin. He told me to bring the car in and you would get the flat repaired that afternoon.
