Service Department is Great I arrived 30 minutes early and they were able to get me in and out in the expected amount of time. The free wifi allows me to work while waiting. My service tech, Eric Olsen, kept me informed and updated thru the whole process. I will continue to use Toyota of North Charlotte for all my Toyota needs.
