Excellent help for an important problem Got me in as promised, performed the repair very competently, at a reasonable price, and handled the overall experience exactly as I wished. Lauren Aronovski was the service assistant and she was a definite pleasure to work with.
Body Shop experience Kevin Ray and his staff have once again done an excellent job with one of our family vehicles. I would not ever think of taking my vehicles to anyone else.

Great experience I recommend anyone to go to Toyota of North Charlotte especially if you need service on your vehicle and ask for Edwin Montalvo he is a service advisor, he's serious and will not play games at the time that have to advice you related to any work that need to be done in your vehicle. Excellent service Service at North Charlotte Toyota on my 2007 Corolla was handled by Connor McCullough. He was professional, efficient, and kept me in the loop on progress of maintenance service and airbag recall fix. Additionally, he explained need for new battery and options.
