Even on a busy Friday Very pleased with the realistic time estimate that Lauren Aronovski was able to provide at our recent service visit. We could tell that she was happy to get us on the road before the promised time.
battery problem I came with a battery discharge problem and left with a lot of useful information about how to avoid a repeat. They also checked the battery to make sure there was no damage. no charge

re: Lauren Aronovski I have had several instances to deal with Lauren in having my car serviced or checked out. I appreciate her professionalism, as well as her respectful approach to me in listening to me and taking my "need" seriously. I feel that the action taken was appropriate and, in one instance, was beyond the normal realm of effort. My appreciation goes to her for her effort in keeping my vehicle in super running condition.
Great Service Advisor! This is my first service at this dealership as I purchased a Toyota preowned certified vehicle elsewhere. I was extremely happy with the professionalism of the Service Advisor, Lauren Aronovski. She explained my warranty periods to me thoroughly and checked in my vehicle with accuracy and speed. Same day appointment - great service Connor was able to set up a same-day appt to check my brakes as I was going out of town the following day. Service Center was a little backed up but Connor kept me updated as to the problem, solution and progress.
