Great customer service!! Took my Tacoma 2014 for a 30,000 miles service. It was done in one hour or less. My service rep, Lou Simmet helped me and explained the work to be done in my vehicle. Very Knowledgeable person and great attitude.

Service Thank you for making your service department a pleasure to visit. From the call to make my appointment, checking in, questions I have, waiting for the service, paying, and getting my car my visit has always been pleasant. I especially appreciate that the noise level in the waiting area is not too loud and not too many different noises. It is easy to get away from the TV and if you want to watch it isn't the news.
Could Not Be Happier!!! Earlier this month, I had to take my Camry in for a variety of issues. Eric Olsen set everything up, had it where I could come in and see what the technician (Peter) had found, explained everything to me and made sure that I was satisfied and understood the issues. One of the things I miss most about where I grew up is the shop where I took my cars and my friends that owned it... I never had to worry about not being taken care of. Consistently good! I brought my 2015 Prius in for the 10K service, and Eric Olsen handled my questions and took care of the car in an efficient manner. I always enjoy having him greet me when I roll up at the service dock. I brought my 2004 Prius here for service the last six years I've lived in the area and must say I will continue to do so...
