Same day appointment - great service Connor was able to set up a same-day appt to check my brakes as I was going out of town the following day. Service Center was a little backed up but Connor kept me updated as to the problem, solution and progress.
Top Notch Performance I am now driving my second Camry Hybrid which I absolutely love. Great style, handling, safety, and mileage. I have had not one service problem with either car. The service I receive from Toyota of North Charlotte is excellent plus I get Wifi while I wait. Initial service appointment Dealership was totally flexible with respect to my having to reschedule my service appointment and pull it up a day. Got there about ten minutes before my appointment time and within two or three minutes Will Gaddy was making contact, collecting information and getting the vehicle into the service area. Great service Russell Martin was very helpful when I brought my Highlander in for routine service. I had an appointment and they were ready for my car at the appointed time. The new waiting area is very nice and is very comfortable while waiting on your car.

Russel Martin in Service was Fantastic Russ went beyond our expectations in trying to make something perform as we wanted it to in the truck. Unfortunately it didnt work but he gave 110%. Great job and effort.
Wonderful Service Ty Cooke and all the people were so nice and helpful. I know I will be coming back. They did top notch work and was in and out in great time.
