customer service My experience with your dealership was very professional and efficient. I came in for an oil change and my service rep Connor McCullough suggested an oil use consumption test that was absolutely free. And he took the time and explained the process of things that would enhance the life of my car. Awesome Service My recent visit to Toyota North Charlotte was as always, professional and efficient. When I arrived, I was late due to an accident and had already had a very difficult day. The service department was very accommodating, moving my appointment several times along my drive as I encountered delay after delay. When I arrived I was exhausted and frustrated. My recent service Edwin Montalvo really assisted me in understanding what was going to be done to my engine and he answered all of my many questions. I really enjoyed his pleasant attitude and demeaner. He is what a customer service provider to be like, pleasant and knowledgeable. There was another gentleman that assisted me when I was dropping my car off but I can't remember his name. He was also vey helpful and pleasant. He called to make sure they had my dash that was on recall and my visor that I needed to replace.

Great service My wife stopped in because her 2014 Corolla had its low time pressure indicator light on. We had purchased from another dealer but they are far from where she was. She was able to pull right up. Russell Martin greeted her warmly and made sure the tire was fixed in a timely manor. Although the waiting room doesn't have coffee and donuts like our dealer the service provided by Russell was exceptional. Thanks!

Great Service Went in with an inspection problem. Russell Martin and Will Gaddy handled it quickly and at no cost to me. Great customer service! This dealership has really been working on their customer service and satisfaction. Will Gaddy is a manager in the service department and is always right there to help solve any problems. I'm pretty picky when it comes to service and Toyota of North Charlotte is the first place that I go when leasing or need service.

Great customer service! Came in with my 2012 toyota camry and they said I had a leak which wasn't normal! So they game me a rental care and took care of everything and didn't charge me for my oil change! Very good customer service and Lauren is the best! Thanks!

Still a happy customer I came in for just regular maintenance on 10/19/15. Should have written a review in Feb 2015 when Russell Martin helped me out when my 2012 PriusC pretty much needed an engine rebuild due to a manufacturing defect. Russell got me a free loaner car for the couple of weeks needed and kept me informed of progress all along the way. Very personable and professional guy. For a while, the problem with my engine proved to be a stumper for Toyota engineers but everything turned out ok. Would like to have gotte... read more

Service The required maintenance light came on in my car along with the tire pressure warning light. I did not have an appointment but stopped into the dealership anyway. Service was spontaneous and very courteous. My issues were taken care of within an hour. Connor McCullough assisted me and I was very pleased with the service,
