Eric Olsen Eric has taken care of our 2011 Camry and 2004 Spyder for many years. What I appreciate most is that he breaks down the maintenance into 1) has to be done now, 2) can be done now or soon, and 3) can be done later, but at some point will have to be done. Excellent service! Toyota of North Charlotte has been providing excellent service for my 2004 Highlander for the past 11 years. My car is running like a dream. Mr. McCullough recently helped me when I brought my car in for service, and he was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership!

Scepticism outweighed by great service Since 2007 I have had my Highlander serviced at Toyota of North Charlotte, and I have been pleased by their efficiency, and the attention given to me by the service department. First Service Visit to Toyota of North Charlotte This was our first service visit to Toyota of North Charlotte since buying our new Highlander and we could not be more pleasedd, it was a great first time experience at this dealership. I came for my regular oil change and they got right on it. . Because I was surprise. They also did an oil consumption test, which I didn't,t know about. I,ll be comming back to see how this is going. I can,t believe they will rebuild the engine if needed. That,s a great thing.
