Tundra service Lauren Aronovski was dealing with a client on the phone and handling my service check out at the same time. I have had dealings with Lauren in the past and she is always very professional, efficient and thorough. Myself and my wife will be back and look for Lauren again for our service needs.

Timely service Edwin Montalvo was wonderful. I was just driving by the dealership when I realized my car was 100 miles from it's 200,000 mile service, so I turned in with high hopes. Edwin got my car in, and it was finished in little over an hour. I was even able to use a coupon for twenty dollars off that I had in my glove box. While I waited, Nicolette Gaspey showed me the 2015 Priuses on the lot. I was able to test drive one.

Great service Prompt, friendly, and professional service when I went to get my 4Runner tuned up. Would recommend to anyone, will certainly be coming back when looking for a new Toyota.

Service for 15k Camry My Camry was due for its 15k service. Lou Simmet took very good care of me. I was a little early for my appointment. No worries he said. In fact I was in and out in 45 minutes. Very happy about that. I have always been treated very well at your dealership and will not buy a car from any other. Love the Toyotas.

Excellent service department!!! I always have my Camry serviced here. The last time I was there I need to get home to complete an assignment for class and it was late in the evening. I was having my car inspected...I needed new tires....I knew it was about time for that...but wasn't exactly prepared to wait there too long...Connor McCullough arranged for the shuttle to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. Six Month service Overall a great experience. I always use Toyota North Charlotte for all service. This time Edwin Montalvo was our service rep and was most helpful in ensuring the service was completed timely as well as working with us to have the dealership cover a molding replacement even though our base warranty expired.

Excellent Service The professional, informative and prompt service given to me by Connor McCullough was great! His honest appraisal and resolution of the problem and recommendation for other services needed in the near future was really appreciated. Connor's patience with me was well noted and most deserving of an excellent rating!!!!!!

Great customer service John Ricardo is the best. From the time I purchased my car in 2008 he has been there to answer any question,, arrange a service appointment.or advise. He' greets with a pleasant smile. Thank you John Ricardo . You are why I keep coming back to get my car service there.

Lauren Aronovski is fantastic!! Lauren will be the reason I come back to this dealership for future service on my vehicle. She was upfront and honest about work needed (and not needed) on my 4 Runner. She removed a CD that was stuck in the player (and didn't charge me) and offered to have my car washed before they pulled it around for me. This is the first time in 4 years of servicing my car here that I was offered a car wash, (It's the little things :) ) Lauren is awesome!!
