Camry service Eric Olsen provided his usual excellent service. In addition he made us aware of a light which was no longer working and even had the car washed for us before we went to collect it.

Excellent service experience Yesterday, I took my 2005 Highlander to have it evaluated for brake vibrations. Edwin Montalvo was my service advisor and he guided the entire process while providing professional advise during check-in as well as timely notifications regarding diagnosis and repair completion. Edwin has been my favorite service contact at Toyota of North Charlotte during the past 10 years. His customer skills combined with his automotive knowledge make him a great asset to the dealership.

Outstanding Service I take both of our cars to Toyota of North Charlotte for service. Will Gaddy has been my primary contact, and over the years he has earned my respect and trust. I will be trading two cars in the next year or two. If I trade cars at Toyota of North Charlotte, it will be primarily because of Will Gaddy and his crew (unless the Sales Department screws up).

My Tire had blew out while on the highway. I leased a 2015 Toyota Avalon, on June 29, 2015. I didn't drive the care for almost 2 weeks, due to my past experince of the new car 30 day curse. The last two time beside this one I leased Toyota's and my car has been in some kind of accident no fault of mine within the 30 days o fpurchasing the car.
