Lauren Aronovski is fantastic!! Lauren will be the reason I come back to this dealership for future service on my vehicle. She was upfront and honest about work needed (and not needed) on my 4 Runner. She removed a CD that was stuck in the player (and didn't charge me) and offered to have my car washed before they pulled it around for me. This is the first time in 4 years of servicing my car here that I was offered a car wash, (It's the little things :) ) Lauren is awesome!!

Fast and efficient From the time I dropped my car off to when I picked it up was very fast. There were no issuesuch everything went as planned. As a single mother with 2 children my time is vwry limited. Your dealership accommodated my schedule and I greatly appreciate it.
Exceptional Although my wrecked car was not worked on by your body shop since it was declared totaled by the insurance adjusters, Kendra Tipton was magnificent in checking my car out, reviewing the damage with me, answering any questions that I had. She was so efficient and truly sympathetic to my problem, not only with the car damage, but also to the problems that I initially had with the trucking company's insurance carrier. Hopefully, I never have another accident, but if I do, I will definitely bring it to your shop.
Excellent job & very thorough Mathias "Ty" Cooke did an excellent job getting all the needed information and data required to get the work processed properly. He asked a lot of questions to be sure he got everything needed to accomplish the task at hand as well s make me feel comfortable with the process and the the time needed to accomplish what was needed. Overall, jobwell done.
Always good! As we bring car in we are always greeted by a service person. They get us in for oil change or any other concerns we have concerning our car. Not for long its ready for pick up! Thanks Toyota!
