Scheduled Oil Change I had my scheduled 20000 mile oil change on Friday. Russell Martin was my service rep, and he made sure that I got a tire rotation, a cabin filter replacement and a car wash to go along with my oil change. And I got away in the promised time frame. That is the kind of service I like.
From sales to service, I can highly recommend Connor Mccullough was my service rep during my most recent visit June 4 2015. Connor was professional, friendly and courteous both before and after the service. He was able to take care of the Recall part replacement parts and ran it through a complimentary car wash -- all in less time than anticipated. Thanks!
Matthias Cooke is the best! Very helpful! Provided excellent service at an affordable cost! Customer service was made a priority! They even matched prices for some services. I Will be back!
Always Great Service We have been using the service department at Toyota of North Charlotte since we moved to the area 5 years ago. Eric Olson has been our service advisor from the beginning. Eric is pleasant, knowledgable, and just great to work with in general. I never worry when our vehicles need repair or service as it's always a good experience.
Kendra Tipton gave me excellent service! Car repairs are no fun but a big reason I keep coming back here is because of the great service given by Kendra Tipton! I've had mostly negative experiences with the other service repair folks but the collission center does a tremendous job and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I would give Kendra a big raise/promotion if I were her boss. Sharp lady, very responsive, honest and excellent interpersonal skils.
