Great Service I have been taking my Lexus (3) to Toyota of North Charlotte (Eric & Will) for the past 10+ years. They never seem to surprise me by going over the call of duty. This past visit they found out that I had damage on one of my tires and they took it upon themselves to find the warrantee and were able to help with the cost of replacing my tire. Great service Eric Olsen and Will Gaddy are super guys to work with. They are very knowledgeable and what means more to me is that I trust them. They have never steered me wrong and I've been working with them for 11 years. As long as they are with this Toyota dealership, I'll be coming back.

The Long Trip Frankly, I must say that I come to Toyota of North Charlotte because the are thorough and they are quick. They are efficient and they are friendly I had a 4,500 mile to take all the way to Mesa, Arizona.
