The Long Trip Frankly, I must say that I come to Toyota of North Charlotte because the are thorough and they are quick. They are efficient and they are friendly I had a 4,500 mile to take all the way to Mesa, Arizona. Eric Olsen Eric has been our service rep since Bryan left. He is an excellent rep, very knowledgeable, courteous, presents alternatives and very accommodating. I would recommend anybody looking for reliable service of their Toyota.
My service experiance Was greeted immediately upon my arrival for my service on my 2014 Toyota Corolla.... service wait time was short ... when service was done everything that was done was explained to me by my service employee which I greatly appreciated... a very pleasant experience...
Thorough and Attentive Always listens to concerns and makes sure that everything is checked thoroughly. Also takes the time to explain issues and options so that I can make an educated decision when repairs and/or servicing is needed.
Always Satisfied I've been taking my Prius here for service since moving five or six years ago, and they are always thorough and polite. I'm confident in the care my car is given, and Eric Olsen is always so helpful.
Fast service & great amenities Service is usually quick, but if you do have to wait they've just remodeled the waiting area and it has some really nice perks! Every time I go the tech always goes over exactly what is the issue and needs immediate attention vs. what can wait. On my most recent visit, my service tech Lou Simmet kept my updated on my vehicles progress and had my car washed afterwards!
Service experience I just want to say that Lou Simmet was very helpful when I brought my Prius in to get tires last week. He went above and beyond any "normal" service. I had a coupon that they were not familiar with and everyone went out of their way to make it work. He even called me afterwards to make sure I had all the rebate forms. Thank you so much. I never feel like I am being talked down to because I am a woman. I take my car every 5000 miles and they are always great!
GREAT STAFF !! My husband was out of town during my service appointment, and since he is the one who would usually take care of it, I was hoping to rely on the staff to help, and John Ricardo was so great to work with. He was very patient and understanding, and I truly appreciated all his efforts!
Connor Mccullough Connor walked up to our car as soon as we arrived. Very pleasant and helpful. Took us into the dealership and we had a pleasant wait, enjoying our coffee and tea. My husband wanted to buy some touch up paint and a rack for the top and Connor helped him with that. He came and got us when our nice clean car was ready for us!! I told him this was the SECOND New car we have had in almost 50 years of marriage and I really do like it!! LOVE the heated seats!! Thanks Connor!!
