"Martha was unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Unless you..." Martha was unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Unless you are willing to go in & get pressured she can care less about you or being ethical. It was the most shameful experience I have ever endured, when we’re dealing with a pandemic, Martha couldn’t be more lazy and unprofessional. Will never go back!
"Absolute waste of time. They were unable to help us buy..." Absolute waste of time. They were unable to help us buy our lease end. They threw away a USAA check and shotgunned our credit with multiple credit unions. They have a hidden $500 inspection on buying out lease ends. They call it a safety inspection. They never even inspected the vehicle and then said I wasn’t approved with an 814 credit score. Just a filthy dirty experience all around. We will not be servicing our vehicle there moving forward.
"Calls to schedule service appointments failed on two..." Calls to schedule service appointments failed on two attempts, when routed from 'concierge' to service department. On both efforts, was told someone would return call, however, neither call was returned after 8 days.

Called trying to get service based on my extended warranty I bought through them and they won’t return my phone call even after 6 messages left through their “concierge” service. It’s been a week now and not a peep from them and nobody will take any accountability or help. I understand we are all dealing with COVID but this is ridiculous and terrible service. If I could, I would leave 0 stars.
"Commitment to excellence" I owned a Prius for eight years and the engine giiven out at 159,000 miles. I had enjoyed the car so I went to look for another Toyota. I went to Toyota of Portland and discovered a Camry that I had wanted. I went home to think about purchasing the Camry and decided that it was a better decision to put a new engine ine the Prius than buy a new car. "Misleading salesperson" In December I purchased a 2020 Toyota 4Runner from the dealer. The truck is great, however there is one element of the purchase which was not great at all. I wanted to get a different grill for the truck and was sold a replacement grill for $950 by the salesperson. When I went to pick up my truck, the grill was not installed. Many times in the course of conversation while buying my vehicle I repeatedly ask and said how important it was that it is "Toyota certified" ( and THIS HOW THEY DID IT.... "Awful experience!" I worked with salesperson Abraham A. and a finance manager the day of my vehicle purchase. I took a seat in the finance office and there was garbage on the floor and a spilled energy drink can on the desk. The finance manager asked about my experience and threw Abraham under the bus. He mentioned that my salesperson failed to order the correct vehicle with his last customer and they were very angry.
