"Nice when your wallet is out. " You will find out what I mean if you ever step foot in this dealership. The service center is good, but I wouldn’t buy a car here again.
"Work done correctly the first time; cost more than expected" Had an appointment; it was honored. 4 hours for a diagnosis of the power steering pump. Part ordered and installed the next day. System flushed; no noises or leaks since. Cost about $350 more than online estimates. No explanations outside of invoice details.
"Poor customer service" I stood around in the waiting area for several minutes before one of the wandering salesmen deigned to acknowledge me. Then we had to go through the whole show of the back and forth with the sales manager before they finally gave me a price that was much higher than I told them I could pay. The sales manager was condescending and acted like I was wasting his time. Never again.
"Buy from another dealership" This is the worst dealership i have been to before. I was interested in buying a new tundra and the one i had my eyes on is the custom built white 2019 tundra they have on the lot. But when I went to the dealership i found out that the truck is being driven by the GM as his daily. Already has over 1000 miles on it and they want almost 70k for the truck. "Dishonest Service Tech" I took my car in for an oil change. When I picked it up they suggested 3 services @ $189.00 each and said my cabin air filter needed to be replaced next service. I had just replace the air cabin air filter 2 weeks prior! I spoke with the service asst. Manager and heard the excuses I expected but was promised he would talk to the tech and service person who became defensive when I questioned the services suggested, especially the cabin air filter. "Stereotypical Used-Car Salesman" I purchased a 2015 pre-owned Pathfinder Platinum from Toyota of Portland. The next day the engine blew. Even though I had purchased the extended warranty, the warranty company did not approve an engine replacement. The Service Department was fabulous and helped get me into a loaner vehicle so I could go on 2 pre-planned camping trips, but when it came time to return the loaner and get another vehicle, the sales guy I worked with fit the description of a sterotypical used car salesman. "Extremely poor service. Disappointed." The most horrible customer service. I was called to tell I had a recall on my Prius. I set up service for recall and an oil change and they did not complete recall during the time they positioned and then also decided to charge me for a tire rotation. My husband called to complain and after 5 calls still has not received a call back from a manager there. I called to reschedule the recall today and was then told there is no recall on my car.
