took advantage of my dad's confussion to sell unnecessary service & parts when he only needed the emissions test
Experience is bad with of representative which we confirmed one price during the purchase time it changed. Really had bad experience.
I set up an appointment and had to wait almost 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. Not so hot.
Coupon show oil change price is $29.95,Actual charge is $39.95,Why hide $10 more?

I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 11:45am, I wasn't taken in until 12pm. I understand in general because I know how it can be around lunch time. I didn't leave until 3:20pm. I am a very patient individual, but I didn't hear from my tech for hours. I had to ask another tech for updates, and this tech tells me the standard times for oil changes and tire rotation can take up to 2.5 hours. My Service Advisor for over 20 years, Lee Schuster, is great & takes care of my car!
I was assigned a service adviser, whose name I believe was "Lee." He was insulting and condescending toward me after I declined a service I didn't want. He stated, "Well, it's no money out of my pocket if you get the service or not." He failed to review the service outcome after the work was completed. This is the first time in seven years that I have had an experience like this. I would never want to work with him again.
The times I have gone, I have to wait almost 30 min in my car to get attended. My appointment was scheduled at 5:00 and someone came to me at 5:28. Did not appreciate that I had to get out of my car to ask why no one was coming instead of someone coming to communicate to me that I'd have to wait for so and so reason. I prefer to drive extra miles to another service center than come back to this place.
