Went in for an oil change and my car broke down the next day.
4 hours for an oil change. They like to overbook more than their mechanics can handle. GREED.
I would give a negative rating if possible!! I went in TWO times in a weeks time being told my part was in and both times after waiting for at least 30 minutes for service was told - oops we are sorry the part isn't here. This was my FOURTH visit trying to get this problem taken care of - all due to LACK of communication!!
My concern that I got my car and they forgot to add air to my tire and also they did not put a sticker for the date and milage for the next time.
The service was good but waiting 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is just absurd
Did a good job as far as inspecting my driver tire and surrounding area. But failed to help me get the part in to buy it. Went up twice and 1. No one called me back and 2 give me any updates on how to get the part. They kept saying it was special order but nothing else. Usually you are all good about stuff like this but have failed this time.
I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment and apparently my service manager was booked with 4 customers at the same time. ???
They were supposed to send a car to pick me up and failed to do so making me miss an important meeting
I made an appointment and I was there on time waiting in my car someone came to my car a few minutes later and I waited for my car for just a oil change over 3 hours. this was very bad.
