I had a 10am appointment for the 70K mile service. I arrived at 9:50, checked in and was told it would cost around $600. At 11:55 I asked how much longer it would take. At 12:12 I was told "We are making progress but the shop has been a bit on a delay this morning. I will get with my managers to provide a few extra discounts to help out on pricing due to the extended wait time." At 12:24 I asked how much longer I should expect to wait. I came in with a battery issue and was charged over $1,000 for unrelated services I didn't ask for or need. The battery wasn't even checked until I complained. I was misled by the advisor and felt taken advantage of. I've filed a formal complaint with Toyota Corporate and am awaiting resolution.

Not very satisfy with over experiences. - Did not tell us there is only one fob key until after we signed all the paperwork to purchase the car. - We were told the maintenance package was complimentary with no cost associate with it. When we finally received the electronic copy of the purchase agreement (after multiple requests 2 weeks after purchasing the car), we saw the charged for $1200 maintenance package. I was there today for oil change and and asked the guy to top off the coolant cuz it was low , he said no worries we are gonna take care of it , it was a lie as I found out when I got home that they didn't top it off . I had no problem to pay for a top off just tell me that , but he said it's part of the service so I was like thank u , but . apart from this , Dylan is very rude and uncooperative , He was pushy and dismissive trying to sell me services I didn't ask for, and ignoring what I actually needed , He disregarded my ... read more

It was okay, but the mechanic tried to upsell me on front and back brakes with rotors when I didn't need them. It was not honest and it rubbed me the wrong way.

Oil change and tire rotation took 1.5 hours even when using a scheduled time slot. Techs here always find a way to leave grease or dirt on the seats or doors.

We got phone calls from the dealership from 3 different people even though I didn't give them my phone number. When I looked on their website for employees, none of those 3 were on there as employees. When I contacted the dealership, they wouldn't tell me if those were their employees. Then, when I emailed them about the car I was interested in, they wouldn't tell me if they had it or not. They offered to help me find a car, but I just wanted to find out about that car.
