No work was done on my car because they refused to give me a rental... so I urge everyone Just save yourself the hassle and goto Patt Lobs in Mckinney, I came here trying to buy my camryse 25' ChrisT. Was rude and unprofessional, now when I come to get service they sent me away once to schedule a later appointment, so I come back to the service center and John the manager refused to give me a rental, for the 2 day service with my car under warranty brand new. Very unethical. Brandon Philip, the service representative held my car for a month and a half to continue requesting supplemental payments from Allstate even after my car was ready.

Had to wait 7hrs as they sprayed the car with ZAKTEK. We had the wipers replaced & asked them to fill the washer fluid. We would pay!! They said they would top off and NEVER DID!! We had new tires!! We told them to wait on the tire recall. They did last time we came in. All of a sudden they REFUSED!! They changed out our tires!! WTH!! We replaced our tires before we knew about the recall & bought new tires. They were JERKS! Couldn't wait for us to need new tires. STAY AWAY FROM TOYOTA OF RICHARDSON!!
