The service advisor lied that the mechanic remembered (by just looking at the service invoice paper) doing the tire rotation for my car (exactly one week before) even after I told them that I had marked the car tires before the service and it didn't change. She offered to rotate the car tires "again" just to keep me happy. Well trained to lie even when the customer knows that she is lying.
The service was excellent but something 2as taken from my car. Toyota has not responded to this.
I recently visited this business hoping to take advantage of a coupon they advertised. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the service itself was straightforward, the pricing felt excessive. Despite the coupon, I was charged for additional items and ended up paying the full price. It left me questioning the value and transparency of their pricing. I hope they reevaluate their policies to provide a more honest and transparent approach.
Tire Rotation was not done, I had marked the tires with numbers and they were same after the service was done. Now I doubt if they really performed other Oil/Filter change and Fuel Additive service correctly. I have reported the issue to service team and waiting to hear back.
I was serviced in December for a recall. Was later called in March and told the recall was still out for my vehicle and was never actually fixed when I serviced in December even though it was on my receipt. When I came to get it done again in March, I sat in the garage for the first 30 minutes while all the cars behind me kept getting attended to. They left a muddy mess on the driver side floorboard. It was raining outside and they didn't have enough common sense to use the paper floor mats to put down. I've left a message for the service manager, and no one called me back.
Just came for an oil change. Got sold an add on service which I later realized was completely unnecessary. Never coming back to you. Thanks you very much
I liked the time they took to finish the job. I didn't like the fact that 2 of my micro fabric towels where stolen. I told the guy that assisted me but, I haven't heard back. Bad experience !!!
