They did not even take the nails out of my two back tires, while doing the tire rotation (which was paid for) . The quotes for four new tires are ridiculously priced. I got the tires elsewhere much cheaper. If you wan to get ripped off please go to toyota of Richardson.

Total miss communication. Even after email confirmation of appointment with costing and details, it was changed after checked in

They messed up the mileage on my CARFAX report, my car have only 37,000 and they add an extra 40,000. Now it shows 77,000. Tried to have them fix it and just get the run around. Called a few times, said they would have a manager call me, never happened. I wish I would have gone a different place

I was given transportation to a restaurant to wait for my car to have recall repairs. When it was time to pick me up the drivers apparently couldn't find the restaurant. I received several messages that the car was on the way, but no one came. The last one said he was at the door and when I told him he had the wrong restaurant because no one was at the door. Worst customer service. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the hassle had to return 5 to 6 times for the same issue and still waiting on someone in upper management to return my calls after the service manager johnny made me fell as if i was making things up or in the wrong when their the ones that messed up on a repair i spent big $ on and refuse to make things right after missing so many hours of work. Take your money to another Toyota dealership or mechanic

I've been coming here for seven years and I've never given anything less than a five star review. I'm sorry to give this review because I think the people there are overall hard-working and care. The service tech that I had was the worst tech I've ever had. Disinterested, not friendly, seemed bored. Besides what I came in for I had two items that I was concerned about with my car and I asked the Tech to have them checked.
