this dealership service department is ridiculous about up-selling. I feel ripped off every time I visit. Got charged 1100 for basic service and when I get my receipt $700 of it is labor, again for basic service. I will not be returning

The initial salesman was great, the finance guy tried to push the percentage on the loan and the Used Car Sales Manager is a coward who can't keep his word after he says he will do something to get a deal done, then back tracks and claims all cars are sold as is. Get any terms in writing so this guy can eat crow like he belongs.

Actual cost for replacement of serpentine belt was $75 over the provided telephone estimate. Satisfactory job on the work accomplished but the price for this basic service exceeded 25% above the estimate. Good job on the work preformed but get your repair estimate in writing.

The rudest people ever. All of them refusing to stand by a Toyota guarantee until the manager of the Toyota that I normally go to called and made them. Atrocious. Will never willingly go back.

The car i bought has a defect in the brake system and they rased there hands of responsibility. The sale man doesn't answer the phone and the supervisor also lier . The worst experience i had .

Very poor experience. Dealership was slow, caused another issue, and failed to find a fix for other concerns brought. Shuttle service is horrible.
