Approximately in September of 2023, I received a unexpected phone call from a group Battle Buddies stating they could assist me with VA benefits. I dont know how or where they got my information. After several days of phone calls and high pressure tactics, I decided to proceed in hopes of calls stopping. Not US Based, even the service agreement had spelling mistakes and factual errors. I'm not saying it's a scam, but it looks like it, and it smells like it. I talked to a non-US based service rep initially and set up a second call with a nurse to go over my file, but it was the same sales script from the first call. Immediately sent notice to the company to cancel the agreement.

I didnt know that Trajector had so many complaints filed against them, especially the charges that theyve been charging their clients And I thought they were attorneys and theyre not so Im trying to figure out how to fire them. I dont wanna work with them anymore.
These people take advantage of Veterans. Their contracts are misleading. $7500 is not what I agreed to. Outrageous fee. They expect monthly payments over the amount of your increase. Did not get my backpay. Avoid at all cost. Being harassed daily and threaten with collections for money I do not have.

Avoid this company. They are not accredited or associated with the VA at all. You really are better off on your own. They will help you with easy claims then ghost you when you start getting denied. You will get nowhere and the frustration is real. Then out of the blue they will start asking for more money or make up stories of how to settle your account. Total harassment at that point. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. Ive been in contact with the VA and they stated that what this company is doing is illegal. This company is on the list of Shark companies.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. the initial call was just asking me questions about things that i have wrong with me. after the call they submitted my claim for me. as i looked through the document they submitted there was plenty of lies about my condition and non of it was what i told them. i contacted the va to clear up the information they were given so that i didn't get in trouble through them. i was also told that they would contact me before C&P exams but never once heard from them when these claims pop up. my cl... read more
This company did nothing for my VA claims. I asked for a copy of the supposed contract and was stonewalled. I requested, over the phone, to sever any further involvement.
