Outstanding meal and service: we two had (freshly made pasta) spaghetti Matriciana, plus an excellent glass of Cabernet Sauvingnon.. we had a table to ourselves and were able to talk quietly for two hours during our leisurely meal. The waiter was attentive, and was happy that we were both musicians (he is a singer/guitarist). For dessert, shared chocolate mousse. A lovely evening!
Great service. Maitre d' was very accommodating with my request for a quiet table. Much appreciated.
We came to Trattoria dell'Arte after singing at Carnegie Hall for a late night supper with old friends in New York. We had a large and disorganized group for Sunday Brunch. They accomodated extra guests gracefully. The food was marvelous. The staff was helpful, attentive, and polite. A wonderful Pre-Carnegie gathering place
The pre-theater scene here is hectic, but the staff are warm and gracious as well as highly efficient. The food, particularly the pastas, was delicious.
Like being part of the Soprano cast..
Love it!! One of our fav's when we visit the city.
A reliable place for excellent Italian cuisine and it is across the street from Carnegie Hall that can accommodate the Pre Show rush and not sacrifice the quality or level of service.
If thin crust pizza is your thing, Trattoria dell'Arte is your place!
