At first is was good, then my "agent" fell off the face of the earth. It has now been 8 days since I have heard from them and I have called the main line to get a manager and still no one has been able to talk with me besides the receptionist. This is the worst customer service ever! I wish they didn't do a hard credit check so I could have went somewhere else. This is really frustrating.

They didnt do much to help me. My current payment is $375.00 monthly it was for 60 months ive been paying on it a year already. The best the could do is make me put down $800 00 extend my payments for 63 months an my payment would have went down $75.00 . Definitely not worth it i thought with all the good reviews id have better luck.. not so much !

I have good-excellent credit. I applied with this company to refinance my auto loan for a lower interest rate and was denied the next day with no explanation of the reason why, Terrible with respect to response reason.

I provided all the necessary documents, and now no one will return emails or phone calls. It has been 5 months.

They offered to drop my interest rate by 70% to 2.50%, but when I calculated the total cost, it turned out that it will actually cost me about 30% more during the life of the loan. Many people don't realize that just a lower rate won't save them money if they add huge costs for refinancing. IFS was very dishonest and avoided to provide me information, just like any other dishonest lender they will give you only an APR and your monthly payment and number of months to pay. IFS does not actually fund anything. They are just a broker. I thought they would only run my credit once, but each of the lenders they approached ran my credit. I was successfully able to refi and cut my interest rate in half, but it actually lowered my credit score almost 30 points because of the 4 hard inquiries, and those will take a couple of years to fall off. I likely could've gotten the refinance elsewhere and not had all of the inquiries.

Hi Guys, Very bad experience with these people, which ended in hard enquires on my credit file..I approached to refinance my auto loan and they seem to be a broker who wouldnt pick up the phone and answer your queries, i called a few times and later decided to communicate in mail. Finally when you agree for the application, your mobile will alert 3-4 times saying there is a enquiring on your credit file from the credit karma app and what you see is all enquiries hitting your credit file. I have a 2016 jeep, and they wont refinace it, they want money down , im not buying im refinancing, then they put a hard creidt on you, and then turn you down

They require you to give them unlimited power of attorney over your vehicle, it allows them to sign your name as though you were there and transfer title, They can literally sell your car and transfer title right out from under you. They also required additonal power of attorney from the county and those were required to be signed but were blank as to would be getting the POA from me.
