So hopeful, but man was I wrong. Was referred through Credit Karma. The initial experience was great, but then I was GHOSTED. Applied 7/19, uploaded all docs when I had initially submitted the application knowing what they may need ahead of time, and anything additionally needed was done by 7/21. Where do I begin? This has been the worst refinance experience possible. Instead of having the loan start the following month after the current loan is due I have a payment to the current lender and the new lender in the same month??? This is because the process took so long that the payoff check won’t get to the current lender in time. Couldn't get the loan processed because nobody would follow up with paperwork. They took $250 from me. Because they waited to long to process paperwork.
Did not have a good experience. Rate they advertised during pre approval was not even close to what was offered. Monthly payments were also way off and they forced unwanted services on top of the loan.
I went through Tresl to refinance my car. First, I was told that the loan would go through in certain time frame giving me 45 days to make my first payment and it didn’t, causing me to have to name an extra payment on my old loan that I wasn’t prepared for. Second, when the process stalled, I repeatedly contacted the agent who was supposed to be helping me, but he didn’t tell me he was out of the office until THE DAY HE GOT BACK. My experience with Tresl has been TERRIBLE! My advisor was William Madison. He seemed To be a nice person in the beginning dispute me having to constantly email him because he wouldn’t get back to me until the next week. After we were able to refinance my car with another institution, he completely avoided me. I am yet to receive my car title back from the company he instructed me to mail it to. Applied and was approved. Perfect credit and income and they added a $395 service charge and a rate 0.74 higher than advertised on Credit Karma. They were more focused on trying to sell me a service plan and including in the new loan.
This lender I found was at the bottom of the list for refinancing, they need to be put at the top of your list for refinancing.
Tried applying and needed to Upload documents but couldn’t get any one to send me my application number to create an account to upload to attempt to finish the application
