Fraud! Do not waste your time on this company. They use outdated interest rates that are apparently a lot higher than what they advertise. I do not understand how they even have a business. I feel like thier rating reviews are bots.
Predatory and dishonest experience. Promises low rates on pre-approval only to hard pull your credit a few times and decline your loan application. Feels like a scam to get personal information because the actual loan terms they offer are laughable

Originally my loan was 27’800.00 and now after using this service my loan is 30’300.00 … So , if I were you , I would Stay Away from this service !
I am LIVID right now. I applied with this company and was told I was pre-qualified to refinance with a better rate… great. Well they did a hard credit pull BEFORE I was told what the pre-qualified offers were, and BEFORE I spoke to a real person. According to their website, they do a hard pull AFTER one of their representatives speaks to you on the phone and goes over the offers.
I applied for auto refinance and was approved I was called twice both while in meetings at work and couldn't answer. Ive called the number back and it says its not a working number. I've need texted twice and I've replied both times and still no official info. I'm doing a dispute ticket with Credit Karma to have this company removed from credit report.
I was approved, sent in all the paperwork and even did their online notary to sign the POA and title over. Then 2 days later I'm told I was denied a loan? How does that happen? I'm a little concerned that my car is going to be sold out from under me because I signed with their notary.
Terrible experience. It took 3 months for me to refinance my car. Every week they would make it seem like I was almost done but after 3 months I was completely fed up.
Honestly, I was skeptical of refinancing my loan through credit karma, and even more so when I saw the offers. I figured they’d paid off some people to leave 5 star reviews to trick people into doing it. But that wasn’t the case at all. My personal finance advisor (Patrick) was so helpful and attentive and made the process EXTREMELY easy. If you’re also skeptical about trying out Tresl to refinance, please take this as a sign and just do it through these people. It was so convenient even for a procrastinator like myself!
