Apparently either my loan documents got lost Or the customer service agent just didn't bother to do his job. That took 2 weeks to sort through even though it was supposed to be only 72 hours. Then he registered the car in the wrong city so we had to do signing not once, but twice. By the time it was time to close on the funding I needed to start over because the documents had expired. This was a total waste time and a hit to my credit. I finally got my local credit Union to do it within 24 hours.
Horrible company. Don't apply unless you don't need the money for 2 months. They're so slow its ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this company to my enemies
Absolutely not, I was qualified to pay more per month after they said my debt to income was high. They thought I'd I shorten the v loan and pay more and drop the interest 1% was gonna help. Plus the time to communicate with you is horrid.
Was pre approved at one rate, then on e I completed the online portion was pre approved at a higher rate, though still lower than my current rate. Then, after submitting 10 or so documents, my loan was approved at a higher rate. Then I was declined due to them deciding that certain parts of my income don't count as income. They basically jerked me around for 3 days so they could collect info to sell. Can't wait for all the spam emails and calls I'll get from this experience. Definitely would not recommend.
$399 to send your info to lenders you could have found yourself with little research and then try to sell your a bunch of insurance like gap and wheels tires and interior
Don’t do it! My representative was super helpful, but he informed me that the “Pre-Approved” rate is pretty much to get you to try and re-fi. I did. I was declined by the lender that was going to drop my payment by 110 a month, and approved by one for 20 a month less at a higher rate but a year and a half longer. THEN….. wait for it…. my “blanking” scores on Credit Karma dropped -54 on Trans Union and -101!!! on Equifax
Offered highest interest rate then all other lenders while advertising the lowest
This is not a lender, just another middleman that applies for loans on your behalf and takes a huge fee ($399 which they won't tell you about upfront). Bait and switch with rates as well - the rate you're pre-approved for isn't what you'll end up approved for. Application process is super janky and the "loan agent" doesn't really communicate effectively - you have to follow-up with them to get any information. I
Not too impressed. Decided to stay with the 3.50% apr. That I have already. Toodles Tresl !
