Fair I was not given the room I originally booked and was put in the old chelsea tower at the hotel which was far from everything, the room was very outdated and not the cleanest, rug was gross. the club and casino was fine

Terrible, only pro to this hotel is the location The room was absolutely atrocious. It began when going into the room and finding the floor soaked, cleaners claimed it was from cleaning. I’d also like to know, what cleaning? There was hair on the wall, a thick layer of dust behind the behind and nightstands, and dust on the windowsill. Only ONE outlet worked in the entire room, which was the one by the sink. All others were very loose and the chargers fell right out of the wall outlet. The comedy show was the best part. Our bed sheets were dingy; our towels were ripped; and the room smelled. Nothing was clean. There were a few places to eat right in the property.

Terrible wound not recommend . On a Friday night placed in a jointed room with a family with 2 babies crying screaming at 5 30 in the morning when we arrived bathroom towels were laying on the bathroom floor Location
