Disappointing
Overalll, even though a short stay I’m disappointed in the room cleanliness and that you make your guest pay for parking I stayed at Chelsea towers location and I did not prefer it. It was outdated and not clean at all. Also, making your guest pay for parking and only giving them a 5 dollar discount is not enough. We stay and spend money at the casino why only give us a 5 dollar discount. I was very disappointed with the stay. I have stayed here before and really like how close it is to everything. Location is good.

Bad
Disappointing Person checking us in was rude. Price of the rooms ended up being much higher then the price booking.com stated it would be. Checking out was a nightmare. No one was on duty so you have to use a kiosk.

Disappointing What we paid for one night was too much considering where out room was. We were in the old part of the hotel. The room was not its cleanest. The hawllway smelled like mildew. There were two garbage bags in the hallway when we arrived and still there when we left. The beds were comfortable.

Would not stay again I didn’t like how it smelled, everything was like going back in time probably to the 70’s or 80’s I would not stay again here The view from the room

I will choose a different hotel next time Was dirty bathroom was dirty had hair a left over wash cloth and a used toothbrush in shower from previous occupant. Also it had a very bad odor and the hallways were dirty. Close to everything
