Bad The staff kyle was very rude including the manager blake after I spoke with him about why my rates were being changed the room wasn't clean and had no towels which I waited 30min to recieve parking was a hassle and nothing went as it should and it was my birthday I would never choose to stay here again The location

Fair Trying to get in touch with housekeeping was difficult but when we did get housekeeping the room was cleaned very quickly and good The restaurants were very good and the service was great

Bad Hallway reeked of Marijuana, toilet seat was damaged got stuck on elevator, elevators not working and I was charged for 2 rooms when I canceled one of them two days before. Close to event and boardwalk

Trop North Tower dirty & pungent weed stench In my reservation, I specified a non-smoking room. The hotel gave us an upgrade to a Jr Suite, which ended up smelling like Marijuana. (It was a smoking room) The entire hallway smelled like Marijuana. The room itself was dirty with old ground-in stains. More casino than resort The pools were closed early, most chairs were unavailable even though they had not been rented The staff was friendly and helpful
