Fair A cleaner room reassurance that I would not walk into a smoke cigarette room as I requested a non-smoking area Did the room smell purely of smoke? There were still food in the refrigerator a dirty wash rag in the bathroom and the cleanest level was not at a 10.

Bad نظافة الغرفه لا تستحق المبلغ الذي دفعته في خلال اسبوع وايضاً لم يعملوا نظافه بستمرار انهم عملوا لغرفتي مرتين فقط في خلال 8 ايام وهذه خدمة سيئة للغايه يجب عليهم الاهتمام ولقد تواصلت معهم اكثر من مرا في هذا الأمر ولكن للاسف تعاملهم سيئ للغايه وايضاً الانترنت مذكور بانه متوفر لديهم انترنت وبعد ذلك عندما اتصلت بهم بانه لايوجد انترنت اخبروني بانه لديهم مشكله وسيتم حلها بعد 4 ايام ولكن للاسف لم يتم حلها ايضاً لابد تسجل خروج قبل الساعه 11 صباحاً او نفس التوقيت ولكن لايزيد عن ذلك حسب القانون والسياسة لديهم ايضاً اخذوا مني تأمين ... read more

Always enjoy AC since 1978! Convenient, shopping, restaurant Rugs were filthy. Tried to get extra pillows, never picked up phone for service.

Nice Air condition did not work great and refrigerator would not stay cold. When I complained to the front desk the attendant was rude. I asked for a manager and she said if you want a manager you need to come down to the front desk to speak with one. Also old dirty windows in our room. Room very nice

It was ok I thought the room wasn’t good. No tv channels when you’re playing for a hotel room. It’s a nice big property and you don’t have to leave to get anything

It was decent both me and my gf both said we would not stay there again and we would only visit the No smart TV and its almost 2026, Shower head looked disgusting couldn't tell if it was rusty or moldy. The mini fridge was warm the only part that worked was the freezer and that barley worked. The casino and the restaurants in the casino were the best part
