Unpleasant There was feces in the stairwell for at least two days. Asked multiple times for more towels and never received any. Not enough staff around. Dirty. Very dirty The location was nice and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms were bare. No decorations. Bathroom shower was old fashioned. The staff wasn’t very accomm I requested 2beds . I was told because I booked on line it wasn’t available so I had to share my bed. I really didn’t like the elevator situation. I was on the 44th floor there were long lines each time we took the elevator either to the room or our car. It was very unsafe. Disappointing The bathroom shower liner had mold it was disgusting. Bathrooms on the west tower can use a upgrade. The casino and the variety of restaurants on the hotel.

Never again. Room was dirty. Parking garage disgusting. And staff did not want to get it cleaned. They did offer a 50 room credit. I would not return.
