Fair I was very upset. I upgraded MY room and didn’t get anything upgraded. The room was not good. The shower was terrible No water Pressure I had to call housekeeping to clean. Overcharged over $600 I paid for a room that I did not enjoy very very upset. Location

this stay was horrible, parking really sucks! the elevator was broken I had to walk up 3 ramps The Chealsea is depressing, just tear it down and start over!!! The Ice machine was 3 floors up my room...Horrible!! nothing

Horrible Place To Stay The treatment and also I pay almost 70 dollars for a seat that does not even have an umbrella on it. Is totally nasty and disregarded to have a seating area when you even have to pay to be there, after paying 2 thousand and eighty five dollars for 3 nights and pay for having a seat in one totally uncovered sear taking all the sunshine on you. Disappointing
Going downhill We travel a lot and stay in hotels several times a year. The elevators were not always running - one time we tried to use the stairs to get to the parking lot because the elevator was very backed up - like 20 deep, there was literally human feces in the corner and when we got to the floor we wanted it was locked. Our toilet ran all night, the bathroom and room have not been updated in a long time, the tiles in the bathroom were cracked, the wallpaper was peeling in more than one spot. My girlfriend made the stay good. Otherwise, not much else. The room, the cleanness was not that good. Housekeepers did not enter our room to give us new towels. We had to call house services The restaurants, the landscape, the people, the food, the scenery, the bed.
