Not a horrible value, but not as good as in the past. We were there to celebrate two birthdays, and in my experience, most hotels offer something extra for birthday visitors. Instead of any perks, first we were placed in a room at the elevator shaft so we couldn't sleep basically at all the first night. That room should never ever be used for customers, unless they're legitimately deaf - or the price should be $10/night with a warning that you won't be able to sleep. Bad the staff in the casino harass me and my spouse while we were gambling. west tower shower had mold , the sink knob was disgusting.

The stay was okay the weather was terrible. Disappointed no dresser drawers. Refrigerator was okay, Floors hard wood no carpeting and a little dirty. The room temperature was set to cold. The shower was two hot The room was good . The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space. The bathroom towels were soft. The window was big you could see the ocean a little.

Fair Very old room. It had a chain on the door very old design I requested 2 double beds but they only gave me a king for my son and me. The hotel clerk was very rude Room was okay

IRRESPONSIBLE GUEST SERVICES – worst stay ever! When we arrived, the room was freezing because the A/C was stuck on cold. We tried to change the temperature but it didn’t work. I went to guest services several times and was told someone would come to check, but nobody ever did. Instead, we were passed around and even told to “GO TO THE MANAGER” without any real help. The hallways did not smell. Fresh in the elevators were very uncertain overall, I would try the Tropicana again. It had Upon my arrival, the agent didn’t wanna help me. And told their coworker that they were off the clock, but proceeded to help a Caucasian couple. When their coworker proceeded to help me, they try to discourage them from helping me and assist the Caucasian couple, but they did not. They stayed with me until I received my card key for my room.
