Disappointing Convient West Tower terrible

okay, wouldn't come back. Everything is so spread out.. from where you check in- to location of rooms- to dining & casino floors. Our room also has dried up blood by the foot of the bed, we requested a new room ( because lets be real blood is gross & obviously the room wasn't properly cleaned) & it was a nightmare trying to get one. the amenities were great here. you didn't have to leave.

Never again My room have bed bug Not clean at all. They change our room to another room not clean at all either. Black mold in the corner of the shower and holes above the bed, hole next to the shower door. Booking customer service is nonexistent and the hotel customer service is okay. They wasn't gonna change us after the bug. Restaurants were close by and delicious food.

Disappointment ! Customer service not good at all needs training in how to deal with the public / manager was aggravated because she had to fund me a 2 bed room when I booked months in advance !!! Clogged toilet first nite had to wait 31/2 hours for this room with my 2 grandkids 4th nite ceiling leak from upstairs room. ! The food at. Chickie & Pete's the bell hop was great customer service! The pool south tower !

Poor The staff at reception gave me a bad welcome. I asked them questions and it seemed like they didn't know how to solve it. I made a reservation for a double room. They told me it wasn't my reservation. To change it, I had an extra cost of $140, which seems stupid to me. If I had a previous reservation, they didn't solve it until I paid for another room. Overpriced and old fashioned Rooms filthy, old, paper falling off walls, hole in carpet, bathrooms dirty. Liked the restaurants available and games on casino floor

Horrible Checked in room floor was soak, called to change room after waiting for 2 hours for maintenance. It’s was my 50th birthday hotel reception did not offer me any discounts for inconvenience. Second room smelled like it was smoked in before we arrived, called hotel lobby and complained dis not care at all. The only day that went well was my beach day with my wife.

Bad First room we got assigned too wasn’t eve e clean plus I requested a double bed I received 1 king size. They said that’s what I booked staff wasn’t friendly on there mistake I had to get a manager involved

Disappointment from a long-awaited family vacation being ruined. When we checked into the room, they didn't change the towels from the previous guest. Unfortunately, my child, without noticing it, dried himself with a dirty towel with brown stains after taking a shower. The safe in the room was closed and we had to wait several hours for it to be opened in the presence of security. There are no bottles of drinking water in the room.
