Always booking at this hotel never had a problem till this time The fact that my bathroom tub was stoped up so was the toilet staff was welcoming at all

Disappointing I spent most of my time lost in the hotel. The layout is ridiculous. 15 bars and 25 restaurants at one hotel is severe overkill. I would say 85% of the guests I saw and spoke to were just trying to figure out where they were and how to get to what they were looking for. Not to mention the fact that the lobby doors at the Chelsea Tower didn't open from the outside. You could go out, but that's it Price and location was good.

i will always have an affinity to the property as i worked in for 19 years,15 part-time 4 full-time it's a hell of a walk from the Tropicana Quarter Parking garage. Inside of toilet was filthy, looked like it hadn't had a toilet bowl brush on it, in a year! i had to et the maid to come in and i tipped her $10.00 the Chelsea Tower is a nice hotel and location fantastic, what sucked is that i can go out to the beach on the ground level, where the Hotel check in and out used to be for the old Chelsea Hotel, but now, once i go o... read more

Feel like spending $600 for a weekend and not being comfortable is a little much. Was not offered any credits or anythi The room air conditioner did not work. Had to make 2 calls to finally get moved the second night. Not happy that the room was so hot the first night and no one came to look at it. Lots of restaurants and shopping

Great night away They overcharged me more than what was on my receipt. The hotel is so big, and there are no maps or leaflets in the room to help guide us what is available? The pool was closed when we checked in and opened an hour 1 hour before we checked out. The room was comfortable and a great deal.. the bed was comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. The room was clean.

Very very poor staff and poor casino experience, walk around the facility was a vibe. Staff were not very welcoming, very very long wait for check in, everyone looked as if they didn’t want to be there, no one ever offered us a single drinks in 2 hours @ the casino. Property itself was great
