It was okay, probably wouldn’t book there again. Stayed in the Chelsea tower. Only one working elevator that took forever to get to you. Rooms were okay but no booklet to show you what’s around. Hotel was super confusing to navigate Close to the beach, close stores and food in the building

stay at a separate hotel. the hotel room was horrific. smelled like vomit. tub flooded the bathroom twice. stuff smeared all over the walls. housekeeping was great but the state of the room in general was abysmal and i had anxiety sleeping in it the casino, shopping, restaurants and showrooms were great

Disappointed That my room wasn't clean stains on bed room . Tub had hair in it. I had to clean the room myself. temperature messed up in the room .I dont like rooms on the west towers. The casino and food and my family.

Stay was ok other than the bugs Location was good. Room was fine. I woke up with lots of bits on my legs. Mostly right about10 left 4. They red. Decided not to complain. Didn't think it make a difference. I bough sum ointment from cvs. I wish u had a microwave in room but regulations says no. N it was noted on the website. I miss that. Other than me getting eating up by sum bugs.it was good.

Fair I was placed in a room right behind tge elevator. There was a constant banging noise all night. I was told there were no other rooms available

Bad Highly disappointed from the first day of check in. The toilet overflow with urine and feces all over the bathroom flow after just one use. Housekeeping/maintenance/front desk didn't answer the phone until almost an hour of continuous calling all departments. Finally maintenance answered and sent someone almost 40 minutes later to unclog toilet and left the snake behind. He was the one who was able to contact housekeeping to send someone.
