Decadente e sporco. Ascensori che non funzionano e camere che vengono pulite on demand. Scherziamo?!?!? Il Pulizie e problemi alla struttura, vecchia. Il prezzo conveniente in fondo aveva una spiegazione.

I only stayed 1 night so I showered when I got home How old the bathroom was It was very out dated and the bathroom could have been cleaner

I do NOT recommend the West Tower The West Tower at the Tropicana is disgusting and not recommended. Dining options

Bad attitude staff Wèll the staff is rude and not very helpful. My room was right next to the elevator on the 48th floor. I couldn't sleep. I asked if I could be moved to another room. They said they were full. I tried to call the front desk before I went door, and someone picked up finally after calling 5 times, I was told yes they could move me go to the front desk. Then I went down, and they said they couldn't change my room. Being on the boardwalk

It wasn't what we hoped for this time. Shower was coming out slow, bed was uncomfortable, 4 small pillows, hallways was dirty, and waited so very long for elevators, the hallway to get to room was very long to get to. We had to walk staircase to get other stuff out car cause of wait for elevator and it was filthy smelled horrible. Yeah was not going good. Please return deposit! Chelsea building a bit far from the centre of hotel but connects directly to the promenade which was lovely Lovely, large hotel but they did mot refund the deposit! Ive emailed numerous times and no response. That ruins the whole experience!

Overwhelming There was 3 elevators not working when checking out, we waited an hour for the elevator until house keeper put us in the service elevator. I have very bad knee pain and standing up for one hour was frustrating and my bf sat on the suitcase. We're seniors!!! It was very active and boogie nights was awesome

Bad Everything else room service kept letting a person not on file in my room and caught them in the act while I was transitioning to another room, room smelled like urine no blankets. Beds squeaky like camping cots. Couldn't get help moved me from Havana to Chelsea towers and couldn't assist a handicapped person to l d me no I literally started tearing up trying to figure out how I was gonna transport these items with my condition. Worst experience while I had my children Food was good.
