Disappointing
Fair Our room shared a wall with a busy elevator, it was so loud all day and night. Also a barking dog in room near up. Clean safe and si many things to do under one roof.

Horror Tower-West Tower The West tower was AWFUL...We've stayed at the Trop plenty of times, mostly in the Havana Tower. This was the 1st time in West and eeeewww...NEVER AGAIN! It was dated and dirty. When we got off the elevator, we smelled urine in the hall. We also saw a pamper all rolled up, sitting outside a room. We thought it was a sandwich at first lol...it sat there overnight! Oh yeah, my husband just reminded me, I tried to forget but there was a HUGE booger sitting inside the curtain!!
