Poor
It was not terrible but thought it could be much better. Of course we were pleased with the special. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Non smoking floor was not followed by other customers. Cigarette and marijuana was smelt on the entire floor. Found it strange there was absolutely no pictures or any beach decorations on the walls. Some of the bars or restaurants were super expensive.Like”did I break a window?”

Not doing great they need more work on time. Customer service lacking when asking for towels and paper tissue for bathroom. Too long for delaying. Also did throw towels at my friend and it's very rude. You need more work for being on time when need it and attitude. Also taken forever while on the phone more then 30 minutes, unacceptable!!!! Better not happen again to others. Only like games, restaurants and boardwalk.

Horrible The stupid ways they have the smoking and non smoking areas . Hard to tell what area was where because they were so close together. And how you have to wait to get a drink until the green line gets to 100 percent then you have to sit there and wait might as well just go buy a drink. So many children all over and dogs barking in hotel rooms and people fighting . No way will I ever be back. Nothing

It was fair. Entire place smells like marijuana. The hallways and corridors had no air conditioning so it was extremel Key cards didn’t work at outside of the towers. Multiple times we had the keys reprogrammed. Still didn’t work. Truly no amenities. They boast about pools but what they don’t tell you is as a paying guest you are charged 15$ for a chair at the pool. Otherwise you are stuck sitting at the bar. The location was on the quiet end of boardwalk

Ehhh. Elevators were horrible. Room had some missing parts. 🤣 Gilcrest restaurant was phenomenal as always!!

I stayed there 10 yrs ago and the overall stay wasn't nearly as nice now as it was then. I'm 80 yes old and stayed in the west wing. It was too much walking for me. Also the room did not get cleaned daily. We had to use the same towels and almost ran out of toilet paper.
