Doubt I would return until there are upgrades. Room needs update. Perhaps get smart TV's with capability to connect with Netflix. Provide more towels and pillows. Make the rooms smell better. Elevators look old and the ride up and down was not too pleasant. Grounds were nice, lobby and casino floors look great.

Booked nonsmoking room and got smoking room Booked and checked in online to a nonsmoking room. When I went there to get the keys we were placed in a smoking room. Even though I complained, they did not change it saying that all nonsmoking rooms are sold our. Location

Would not stay in Chelsie tower. Paying for a lounge chair in the Chelsie pool. Found previous habitants food in the frig. No hot water. Only warm. Bed uncomfortable. Plastic encased mattress was crunchy. Small pillows. Location

Im 52 and walking so far to get our things to our room , then we are pooped out. Couldnt enjoy our time. Was too long to Had to park in garage, as 40 was way too much after the $150 they took out when checking in. Leaves you with nothing. So garage , we made 3 trips with our luggage. Then had to go through casino to our wing . Stand in line for elevator. Over and over. Paid $40 for early room , but after making trips to and from we were in way after 430. It was close to beach and boardwalk. Lots of floors.

Terrible experience Dirty there were bugs I. The sink totally gross Nothing even the price as low as it was wasn’t worth it

Disappointing Nobody came all night to plunge my toilet had to go down to the lobby to go to the bathroom not go at all Like location

Won’t come back, waste of money The facilities were really run down like they had 5 elevators but at one point only one was working. We had to wait 15 mins or 20 mins just to get upstairs to our room. It was ridiculous. Then I saw that the down escalators were even working at some point. It took house keeping over 30 mins to get us towels and that was through text messaging requests. The phone reception didn’t work or it just kept ringing . The pool was so dirty and needs updates.
