Disappointing Room smell like smoke Restaurants.

The room was hot, nice view though. Trying to catch an elevator from the parking deck is impossible Room was extremely hot. It took 20 min to catch an elevator from the 2nd floor parking deck to get inside Restaurants

Bad The hallways to the rooms stink like pee. The indoor pool was never open when it was supposed to be. Never would find lifeguard. Pools overly crowded.

I will never book a room at this hotel ever again. My room was disgusting got a refund

Poor I didn't like i spent over 6 hours trying to find where I wanted to go..need an GPS for in the hotel. Should not have to walk a mile to get to car. You have to pay for everything..to even use pool. One of the most expensive places I have stayed, and the room was outdated..just plain old. The experience was good. The hotel not so much. Housekeeping was great..the places we ate was wonderful.

Never Again! Elevators were a nightmare. Never running at full capacity. 3/6 elevators working entire stay. My wife is wheelchair bound only access to lobby and room. Very Clean

Very Poor The bed was uncomfortable and they only give you two towels and two wash cloths for the entire weekend and they dont change sheets every day and they only give you one little peice of soap not good at all won't be staying there again waste of $1100 The casino was good and the food was delicious

Chealsea needs to be upgraded with microwaves in the rooms. Accommodate quest with original requests Hello. The room was NOT the original room I had requested 2 queen size beds. There was NO microwave in the room to warm our leftovers up from the restaurant we went to in the Tropicana. The bed could have been made up better a little sloppy. The Slot machine had ripped me off for $63. I had put a $50 bill in the slot machine and the first play I had won $185.
